Reviewing applications and sending offers

Review your applicants

1. 1Open your profile, choose Gigs, and open the gig you want to manage.
2. 2Select Review applications to see each performer’s introduction and any requested clips.
3. 3Compare the application with the gig requirements and contact the performer if an important detail needs clarification.

Send an official offer

An offer is the proposed booking. Confirm the performance date and time, venue, location, description, and payment arrangement before sending it.

• StageCircuit payment: the venue funds the agreed amount through its saved payment method.
• External payment: both sides arrange payment outside StageCircuit.
• Unpaid: the offer clearly records that no performance payment is due.

Complete the booking

The performer must accept the offer before the booking is confirmed. Keep an eye on messages and the gig’s status in case the performer asks for a revision.

For StageCircuit-paid offers, the funding method is authorized when the performer accepts. Funds are normally released after the performance according to the platform’s payment terms.
