Two different payment jobs
- Payout setup connects the account that receives eligible ticket revenue and StageCircuit-managed earnings.
- A funding method is how a venue pays for StageCircuit-paid performer offers.
Set up payouts
- 1Open your profile and go to Payments.
- 2Start or continue the secure payout setup and provide the requested business, identity, and bank details.
- 3Return to StageCircuit and confirm the payout status is complete before publishing a paid ticketed event.
- 4Use the connected payment dashboard for payout timing, account details, and required follow-up information.
Paying performers
When an offer uses StageCircuit payment, the venue’s selected funding method is authorized when the performer accepts the offer. Eligible funds are released according to the booking and payment terms, normally after the performance.
External and unpaid offers do not use StageCircuit to move the performance payment, but the offer should still state the arrangement clearly.
Demo accounts
Demo payment flows use test credentials and do not move real money. A successful demo checkout or payout setup is for product testing only.
